KeepKey Adds Native ERC-20 Token Support to Beta Client
Posted by Contact Contact ·
The techs at KeepKey are working hard to roll out ERC-20 token support for their hardware wallet with support available through their new beta client. However, right now, it's recommended for advanced users only.
The beta client v5.0 includes token support so far for SALT, Aragon, Augur, BAT, Civic, Golem, Gnosis, OmiseGo, District0x and FunFair.
The good news is that the ERC-20 token support will be native to KeepKey and therefore won't be relying on a third-party wallet to create raw transactions. You will get to see full details of token transactions through the KeepKey screen. The beta release has full token functionality to send, receive, transfer and exchange with the ShapeShift integration.
ERC-20 tokens will appear in the client as sub accounts within your Ethereum account.
If you have any questions regarding the use of the beta version make sure you contact the KeepKey support team at support@keepkey.com.
